Such an amazing team. Reliable, dependable and easy to work with. From client care to schedulers to caregivers...WONDERFUL. The caregivers are caring, compassionate and go over and above the call of duty to care for clients in their homes. From companion care to full on hands on care, they are amazing. Keep up the great work Comfort Keepers.

We had a terrible experience with this agency. We had caregivers coming out three days a week to be with my mom. The first few months were ok. However, the last three weeks we used them were a nightmare. Three times we were given short notice that they had no one available to watch my mom on a scheduled day: One time we were given a two hour notice , one time we were given only a half hour notice, the last time they failed to tell us until 45 minutes after the shift was to start, meaning my mother was by herself for those 45 minutes. The Office staff, including the supervisor gave us no options or help and were rude. The last time when my mom had been left by herself I finally had to ask to speak to the owner, who didnt get back to me until a good hour later. I dont live close by and my brother is at work, so in the meantime I had to scramble to try and find someone to watch my mom until we could figure out what to do. I finally got a call from the owner apologizing and telling me they could get someone there by 5:00, three hours after the normal shift started. How does a business specializing in the care of the elderly treat their customers this way? How do you not have a back up plan for when your caretakers call off at the last minute? If I could give a no star rating I would. Awful, awful business. Do not trust your loved ones with this agency. Unreliable and irresponsible.

Comfort Keepers Home Care has been offering me comfort and care for many years now. When I need someone to be there for my surgeries or my doctors' appointments, one of their compassionate comfort keepers gives me transportation, calms my anxieties, and returns me safely home again, making sure I am well and comfortably settled. If I need more assurances or care, the kindly caregiver is available to offer me what I ask. Although Comfort Keepers' services and genuine empathy are priceless (as are the caregivers and the staff), the actual cost of this incomparable resource is amazingly reasonable. After all the time I have spent in their care, I have begun to think of them as family.
