I've worked with Biernacki & Associates twice and each experience has been nothing short of excellent. The first time I needed their expertise was when my house was reassessed right after purchasing, and they were able to keep my taxes low enough so that I could afford my mortgage. We're currently going through another reassessment and they once again have been doing an amazing job. Aside from providing them some basic information and answering a question here and there, I have been hands off during the entire process and they have taken care of everything. They will be my go to if I need assistance with reassessments in the future.
