Ive never had a worse experience with a restaurant. I ordered something and because they were out of it, they sent something COMPLETELY different that I was allergic to. When we called to see what happened, the manager said they tried contacting us several times to get a replacement but didnt try even ONCE. He kept saying we replaced it because we were out of the other. We cant do anything about it now. When we proceeded to say that you cant just do that, especially with something that isnt even CLOSE to similar to the other item, he started getting an attitude with us. At this point, we were very frustrated and just wanted a replacement. He kept saying I dont care. You dont know who youre talking to. I dont care. Grubhub was very professional and helped me get a refund, but I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. Ever. The disrespect was absolutely ridiculous. Luckily we noticed it was something I was allergic to before I actually but into it, or else this may have been a completely different experience. Dont waste your time or money with this despicable restaurant.
