Chang Eye Group

I was a previous patient of Chang eye group. I loved it. As a matter of fact my son and husband are still patients. Anytime anyone ever asked me where the best eye doctor is I always told them Chang Eye Group. The reason I am giving then 2 stars is because over the last 2 maybe 2 1/2 weeks I have tried to get in touch with Shelby the Practice Administrator. I have left a few messages while she was out of the office. I received a call back. I returned her call and again have left numerous messages and nothing. I called to speak to her today and she of course is on vacation until Tuesday is what I am being told. I am starting to think she is imaginary, takes a lot of vacation time or is just plain ignoring calls. A review to my first review. I received a message from Chang Eye Group advising that this issue will be taken care of once the practice administrator has returned to the office. I have heard nothing. No phone call just crickets. I would hate to see if my husband or son has something pressing that needs to go through her because I can guarantee it will never be resolved by her. Thanks Chang Eye Group I just lost faith.

Dr. Schraeder helped convince me to take the leap to multi-focal contacts and progressive lenses with her knowledge and expertise. Joyce the optician was extremely helpful and patient in helping me pick the perfect pair of glasses.

Regrets! Cataract surgery was a success and my eyesight is worse than ever. i was never told there could be a choice of lens that would accommodate my lifestyle etc. Was told I might need readers and was ok with that. Told I should be happy to now have 20/20 distance vision. Great! but I lost intermediate vision, and near vision. I cant see anything closer than 7 feet. I now have to walk around with 3 different pairs of drugstore glasses taking them off and on like a circus act. I can't shop, cook or work and have constant headaches now. No option can make me lens for the intermediate and distance, no way to fix this.

I am due for an annual exam at Chang Eye Group. Excellent and outstanding doctors and staff. Clean and neat building.
