Lisa was very knowledgeable of the local houses had sold for, what was listed in the county for our house, was able to see the best features for our house, and very easy to work with. We developed a plan to market and sell the house, was very open to our wishes on what we wanted to do, and she kept in communications each step of the way. Lisa is very detail orientated and was also always available to quickly answer any questions we had as they arose.

Lisa was a great! She was professional and knowledgeable. She even went to a few places to do a walk through on my behalf.l and then provided me with a detailed video of each property. She also helped me with estimates of rehab necessary to update various houses. Very helpful!
