Pittsburgh Cash Home Buyers helped sell my familys property after a death in our family. Clayton and his team purchased our property filled with furniture that needed a roof replacement too. We couldnt sell the house through our realtor so she referred us to Clayton as the best option in Pittsburgh hand down & she was right. Within 2 days Clayton had his team over to the house and we sold it to him for much more than we expected. Our experience with this company was spot on outstanding from beginning through to closing.

I have worked with Clayton, business to business, on renovation projects and staging. He has hired me to assist with design and set up of an Airbnb. I have seen first hand, that his work ethic and knowledge of investment real estate and renovations is number 1. He is conscientious, self driven, and his attention to detail is remarkable. If you want to buy or sell investment real estate with someone that brings excellent value to the table, Clayton is outstanding.

Clayton is a classic sociopath. He employs subtle tactics of manipulation to convince people he's some sort of hero. Probably considers himself to be above most humans, hence his compulsive need to convince people he's helping them. The reality is, if you think you're getting a great deal, you're the sucker. He cuts corners on renovations, pays unskilled people to carry out complex tasks they don't understand, and rips off the contractors he can't afford when his unskilled labor can't perform. Bad energy to be inheriting with a brand new home.
