This is single handedly the worst experience i have ever had with a "professional" business. I ordered a new washer and dryer over the phone and was very specific about the details. Just before signing the contract she points out that it is used, and 'that's okay right?'. I had no choice to take the option to use it because of all of my child's laundry piling up from the move. They delivered me the machine, scratched the floor, dented the wall in four places. Gave me a machine that was disgusting, never cleaned out once. Full of lint. The water hose in the back has holes in it, directly above the outlet. They plugged it in and left the loop of the plug hanging out where it could be tripped on. My landlord and a assistant manager had to come out to assess the damage. Donnell was his name, he gave us the run around and was extremely arrogant and ignorant. As was the other half of their "team". The movers denied doing any damage. Which i find comical considering they used a broken dolly that they left in my house! The manager offered to buy me a vent to hook up and do my laundry while they looked for a replacement machine and hose for me. She said they would buy what i needed and install it for me. We explained to them on the phone what we needed and they had to come look at it because they did not understand what we were talking about. After explaining it six times. So he went and got a vent, without anything else we needed and handed it to me. He said his manager never told him he was supposed to install it. then again denied that we told him what we needed. He said "Someone would be here to deal with it later." Then he took the vent and left. I had to call back multiple times and argue with Donnell. I was so fed up. Their machine was in my house for less than 24 hours and i went to their store and demanded a full refund. Which, apparently they thought all the fees they charged me were not included. My landlord owns a lot of property in the area. He is changing his lease so that people are not allowed to rent from rent-a-center while living in his homes. I told them this, they shrugged it off and said "That's okay". Good luck if you rent from them. Jan 2nd, 2016
