    My wife put in an order online, paid for it at the advertised online sale price, then when she went to pick it up in the store the associate said there had been a pricing mistake, and returned the transaction. She drove an hour-long round trip, and they made no attempt to reach out to us to say there had been a mistake, no indication until she showed up to collect the package. Had the feel of a bait-and-switch to get us in the store, waste of time and highly inconsiderate.

    On Oct 11, i dropped of to the 5th st Reading PA Office Max, 3 different USPS packages postage pre-paid through eBay. I am a seller on ebay . I am aware that the store is in the process of closing. When I saw this, I enquired with the 2 employees behind the shipping/print counter to be certain that the store closing would not affect the mail service. I was told no. Upon my arrival, there was also a fedex employee picking up FedEx shipments. The 2 office max employees assured me that everything would be fine, and took my packages. I already had the tracking # because I prepaid the postage through eBay, so I felt everything would be fine. It wasn't until Friday end of day that I got a message from the buyer for one of the eBay items that I dropped at the reading pa store. They were very unhappy that they haven't received the package and the tracking number I provided them had no updates. They opened a claim asking for their money back. $160. When I call the reading store to find out what the problem is, I am surprised to hear that all 3 of my packages are still there! They offer absolutely NO RESOLUTION other than "well I guess they aren't picking up packages anymore" "I guess your best bet is to come and pick up here, and send it yourself" "its not easy to get in touch with someone at the post office , it would be quicker if you come get them and drop off at the post office yourself." When I went to retrieve my packages Monday (post office is closed on weekend) they were in the same exact spot that the 2 employees originally set them. Never touched. The 2 we're fairly large packages, not easy to be overlooked. In this time, becaus I had no evidence of what had transpired, how the merchandise that my customers purchased was just sitting there at one of YOUR STORES. I was given a negative review and eBay refunded the customer and the case closed. Currently Out $160 and reputation tarnished due to negligence by your employees. Oh and did I mention that I sent the item to the customer??? So now my reputation and wallet are damaged and this customer gets free merch and probably will never purchase another item from me again.... So now u have also cost me future business. I look forward to hearing how we can come to some sort of resolution , this is absolutely unexcusable and how this has been handled is nothing short of frustrating
