Our experience with Jonathan was fantastic. He is very personable and the inspection was informative. He took us through every room and pointed out the whole spectrum of maintenance issues from things that need addressed ASAP to minor fixes that anyone can handle. He provides a great post-inspection document that details everything discussed during the walk through including high resolution pictures. Pricing is extremely fair given the amount of knowledge you gain about your new home. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

I recommend helman to do home inspections for anyone buying a home but especially first time home buyers. He’s very knowledgeable of the standards most loans need and when asked a question he’s able to describe what the issue is and how it can be fixed. Also at one point he climbed into a small crawl space in the attic to observe and make sure everything’s was safe even though it was 125 degrees on this particular day. He was also on time to appointment and took all protective measures to ensure home stayed clean and safe. Thank you Helman!

Jonathan was an absolute delight to work with when inspecting our first home. He was very professional and a huge help describing the type of work that would need done first and what would need fixed in the future. He was very down to earth, which made the home inspection process easy. He uses a system which provides videos for a homeowner to fix simpler things without calling a professional. We received our report the evening after the actual home inspection which allowed us to move forward with the purchase. Thank you Jonathan for you help, we truly appreciate it!

Jonathan was very professional, detailed oriented, thorough and explained everything along the process. He even suggested great tips for maintaining & house upkeep.
