If I could do 0 stars I would. Not usually the one to write a review but the lady that answers the phone is just straight up rude. Took three months of pay without telling me and never even picked up my trash.and is now refusing refund. 0-10 would not recommend.(edit) I called back to check on the refund and she said "it's on your card so check it" and hung up. The customer service at this company is absolutely dreadful. Ive never been talked to so rudely by a representative of any other company. If I could give zero stars I would.

As a commercial business it's important to have a company understand your needs. Elk Waste is locally owned and operated and knows the needs of the community. It doesn't get any better than that!

Have been using Elk Waste for years and have absolutely no complaints.. They provide quality service and meet all expectations, I would recommend Elk Waste to anyone!
