Brian was on time with his scheduling, very professional and completed the backflow test we requested. In my opinion, $175.00 is very expensive for such a simple test that takes less than 15 minutes. But, overall Eastern Backflow did the job we requested.

We were referred to Brian of Eastern Backflow this morning, by another company. We are in the process of selling our home and desperately needed assistance with locating and exposing components of our septic system. Brian called us immediately, was so kind, and let us know exactly what his fees were and when he could come and attempt the work. We were in a huge bind, as we live 600 miles away from our former home, and my hubby & son were there trying to do it themselves, in the pouring rain. Brian was able to allow my husband to begin his journey home, and also was able to manage to complete the needed work by the end of the work day. He called to acknowledge the work completed, again he was as kind as could be. We highly recommend him to anyone needing any work within his scope of business. One of a kind!!! We are so thankful.

Brian was great. He was knowledgeable, informative, reasonable and timely. Having a septic issue in your yard is a worrisome thing. But I am so glad we called Brian at Eastern Backflow and definitely recommend them.
