The service was great. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job installing the dishwasher. However, The prices are super high! About 3 times what I would have paid elsewhere or had an appliance company do. However I was in a pinch and needed the install quickly

Called again as additional work was needed. All requested work was completed same day and very promptly. It is nice to get these projects completed before Winter. I was thrilled that someone could come the same day as it was my kitchen sink drain that was clogged. Carl called when he was on his way and then later with the results. (I was at work and my teenage son was home). It was great to come home and be able to use the sink again! Services: Drain unblocking, Tap installation

Robert Garland and his assistant, Mitch, tackled a deep broken supply line to my townhouse, worked hard all day and left at dust with the job completed . All the while they were pleasant and answer my many questions. This is not the first time I have used this Ben Franklin franchise. 4 years ago my parents' house froze and the water lines froze as well as 9 radiators blowing out. (Carl, Brandon, and a few others were the crew.) It took a long time to fix due to having to have the radiators custom made. Not only is the finished product excellent but while we waited for the radiators, they kept large heaters running in the house. This time it is my house and the water filtration and softening system needed replacing. They did it in one day and were so professional and so clean. These are absolutely my go to folks for any plumbing needs. And thanks so much for the Veteran discount!
