        I have mostly purchased pastured ground beef, organic eggs from pastured hens, and (organic) Ezekiel bread. If you wish your Omega 3/Omega 6 balance to be completely out of whack, keep on buying and eating factory farmed junk. Always great merchandise, and very friendly service. Some items are a bit pricy, but some are not. Glad it's there. The regular supermarket in town reminds me of Sherlock Holmes's description to Watson of Scotland Yard detectives, Gregson and Lestrade, as in "the pick of a bad lot" and "conventional-- shockingly so."
