    The room itself was good, but you can control the temp in your room. 3 times throughout the night, there was a loud hissing noise. I'm a deep sleeper, and it woke me up. You can hear every door above you open n shut as well as the people walking down the hall. For $189 a night I would stay somewhere else. Rooms: explained above Nearby activities: it's near 5 + eateries, within in 2 walking blocks Food & drinks: the bar opens at 5pm when checking is at 3pm the breakfast isn't supplied all 3 hrs properly Oj was out 3 different times when we walked down to see if it was refilled. We stay after a wedding that had 20+ rooms booked months in advance so they knew how many people would be staying well in advance to have it properly managed.

    We used Hotel Warner as my hotel block for our wedding on December 29, 2023. We had a block for two nights. I loved working with Hotel Warner! Drew, the operations manager, was so easy to work with while setting up the Hotel block, and he was so helpful when I had any questions for him regarding my hotel block! When we checked in, we had no problems, and while the bridal party was getting ready for the wedding , the hotel was very receptive and accommodating to any of our needs that we had! :) The bar in the hotel stayed open for us the night of the rehearsal dinner, and then the hotel staff didn't care at all that we basically threw an impromptu after party in the lobby after the wedding since the bars were way more packed than we expected them to be. Hotel Warner is just a cute Hotel right downtown West Chester that is surrounded by a little bit of everything! Thank you for hosting us! -The Rileys :)

    The hotel is in a great location and the little side bar sitting area is really nice. The parking garage was $26 a night which is outrageous. Luckily there is a parking garage 2 minutes away. Our room was a bit odd looking, very red, which wasn't very settling or welcoming. View wasn't great even though we were on the top floor. Beds were moderately comfortable and room was clean. They also put us in a room that was next to one of the front desk people and she was coming and going at 2-4 AM and woke us up multiple times. Overall I think it's a good value and close location but the new hotel going in down the street will be where everyone stays eventually.

We have checked our logbook, and there is no record of a request for assistance regarding the room's temperature. Upon receipt of your review, we have also double-checked the operation of the thermostat, and it is working correctly. However, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.Regarding the noise disturbances from other guests, we understand how disruptive this can be to a good night's sleep, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have a noise policy in place that we do enforce when noise disturbances are brought to our attention. We will continue to monitor and enforce this policy to maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests.Additionally, we'd like to clarify that we did not have any wedding groups booked as a block that weekend. When groups book as a block, it helps us accommodate them in many ways, including assigning them rooms near one another, which helps reduce noise as they all tend to come and go around the same time. It also helps us plan food and beverage operations based on when we anticipate they will be utilizing those outlets.We appreciate your feedback regarding the breakfast service and the timing of our bar opening. Your comments will be shared with our food and beverage team to ensure that we are providing a consistent and satisfactory experience for all our guests.We regret that we did not meet your expectations during your stay, and we understand your disappointment with the value for the price paid.
