If you need questions asked then noone will answer! I've called since they opened and they returned calls at the wrong number and still couldn't give me any answers I needed. They left a message for the doctor who transferred me back to the nurse and they can't answer a phone if their life depended on it! Horrible customer service!!

I called the office last week for an appointment with my PCP, Dr. Federoff, who has truly been a wonderful doctor - if this review were based solely on her, it would be five star. I wanted to come in due to gastrointestinal problems I’d had for weeks which I attribute to stress (job stress, family stress, just found out my dog has cancer, etc.). I told the receptionist I thought it was stress related. She told me they can’t assume why (fine, I’m not self-diagnosing, I’m providing insight as to why I need to see my doctor) so we can do a telehealth visit or a provider visit at my car. In my head I’m thinking, apart from gaining an additional provider charge, what is to be gained for me, by talking about my stomach on the phone and how the heck am I going to have a proper exam while I’m sitting in my car? So to the option of either of those things, I said “no, that’s okay, thank you.” And the receptionist hung up on me. Then I cried. I’d lost weight, was very stressed, and I couldn’t see my fabulous doctor without a hoop to jump through. Let’s not take the care out of healthcare — can we try not to forget about everyone who doesn’t have covid right now? If I must jump through a hoop first, fine, but a polite decline on my behalf does not deserve an incredibly rude hang up. I also had an unpleasant experience with one of the male doctors there, once. He profiled me based on the clothes I was wearing (baggy comfy clothes due to being super sick!) and nearly wrote off my symptoms as drug withdrawal, which I can assure anyone that was not applicable. When I told him my professional position, his demeanor toward me completely changed. He didn’t diagnose accurately which is completely OK, not all symptoms present themselves in an easy-to-determine way, but his bedside manner changing based on the realization that I have a good career was unacceptable. It would be great if some of the staff had training on emotional intelligence, but I stand by the fact the Dr. Federoff is wonderful and would certainly hope to see her again, though I can’t say I’m thrilled to call back to make it through the unkind gatekeeper. I absolutely hate writing negative reviews, but if you don’t say something, how will anything ever get better?
