I used an online flower delivery website and this flower shop accepted and delivered the arrangement. I did receive an email notifying me that the shop made a substitution for the bouquet I ordered. My mother sent me a photo of the flowers she received and they are nothing like what I ordered. Not even the vase is the same. I placed the order on a Monday for Friday delivery. The shop had plenty of time to order the appropriate flowers (aka all of them) to make this arrangement happen. See photos for expectation and reality. The arrangement they delivered is low quality and low professionalism. Not sure how a shop can agree and accept an arrangement they are not capable of delivering.

Came a day later than ordered, the same day delivery was not honoroed, other than that the flowers were great

I'm one to never post negative reviews. I ordered flowers for my mom days before mother's days and was suppose to have flowers delivered on sat and they never got delivered?!? Now been trying to get a hold of them to see what happen cause things happen in life but no one is answering the phone and no email stating why no delivery etc also I've been trying to reach them for 2 days.i live in SC so I cannot just jump in the car and see what's going on in person.This is very unprofessional and I've ordered through mystic a couple of times with zero issues,but will never buy from them again. Thank you mystic for ruining my mother's mother's day!!!

Worst experience with this company they delivered the flowers but it was not the right flowers that I had ordered also did not deliver the teddy bear that I ordered
They will not answer the phone
I would like to get my order fixed so if someone from this company would like to contact me that would be great
