      image A small part of my gas furnace went out, and of course it was when cold and during holidays. I called, and Tim, Sr, came to my rescue. He is great! Knew exactly what was wrong with it. Got part installed. Reasonable priced bill, especially since holiday time. House is back to nice and toasty.
