        Regarding Dr. Eric Ratner only: Blatant disregard for other peoples time. I was on time; he was NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING. Not a little late, eithersauntered into the office 55 minutes after my appointment time (numerous people were scheduled before me, also waiting). Literally watched him park his car and walk in the building, his food order in hand. Props to the husband of another patient who was waiting in the parking lot. He called Dr. Ratner out on his lateness. No apology or acknowledgment of 1.5 hour wait time once I finally saw him. Staff was trying to make up for his behavior by processing people as quickly as possible. Flagrant disrespect for his patients.

        I have been a patient of Dr. Ratner for years. He is the most caring and compassionate Doctor I have ever met!!! I trust him completely and although sometimes the wait to see him is longer at times for me it just shows that he listens to his patients and makes sure every question and concern is answered.
