        We have been using Angela for 8 years. There has never been a year without minor issues. For the last 4 years, she raised the price 15% for "the cost of doing business." Wow, what a way to screw your past customers over. BYE, fund your retirement with someone else's money.

        My husband called ahead of time and asked if they were taking appointments for tax preparations and was told they were only taking drop offs, which is fine. We got all of our documents together and drove to the office prepared to drop off. Once there, the receptionist said they were not accepting new clients. My husband explained to her that he called and someone told him they were accepting drop offs and they never asked or said anything about being a client. So we drove down the road and found a business very accommodating!
