The staff at Fadelys Austo Masters in west York are extremely nice and they do excellent work. Prices are fair. It took 4 years after moving to PA for me to find a place I trust, and I only use them now. From the yearly state safety inspection and emissions test, to regular maintenance, diagnosing weird sounds, and making good on their word. Theyre fair and trustworthy. The state of the art communication they send you via text link is amazing! I love it. Cost breakdowns, even level of importance, photos, button to accept or deny, its super easy and I dont feel pressured at all. They are also veteran owned, which being a veteran myself is one of the things that attracted me in the first place. I cant say enough about Colleen , Brett and the rest at Fadelys. They are honest and will tell you straight. I highly recommend Fadelys . If you are like me and dont trust easily, being a woman especially too, go to them I dont think youll be disappointed. I recommend them to friends, and family. An added perk is the NO HASSLE, loaner car you can use while yours is being worked on. Just tell them if youll need a loaner or not and they will schedule you for a day that one is available -rather than tell you there isnt one available. 3 years, 5-6visits- no complaints Last visit was Mar2024 Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
