Personally would not recommend using this location. Due to the fact it is next to a weed dispensary, all of the employees are high strung and agitated with life it seems and over all its a bad banking experience. My direct experience with my bankers was also less than professional every time, which led me to write this review in hopes that they can re place the staff. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with my banker because I felt like I had to make them do what was important for my immediate financial needs. They rudely denied my service because I forgot my mask, and over all have serious attitude problems towards their work!

This is the second time in a couple days a hold has been placed on my account by their fraud department!!! This is awful. I will be taking my money to a different bank.

absolutely worst bank. I have been with them 15 years and will move my money else where in the next month. My debit has been hacked 3 seperate times in a few years and every time it takes forever to get a new one. Also the last time i paid an extra 25.00 to get new card overnighted the girl told me the wrong carrier and what time they would arrive and had to wind up going down to pick it up myself at 8pm that night at ups. Nasty location the girl that helped me get new card issued to me seemed like i was a burden that she had to walk away from front desk and go in a office with me and do a little work.
