If I could give this zero stars I would. I dropped off a dress, shirt, and a silk pocket square. I told the lady that was there that there were three items when dropping of. She lost my pocket square. Not only that, prices are listed on the desk. The dress cleaning was for $17 and shirt for $8. I was charged $40!! Not only did this woman tell me I did not tell her about the three items, she charged me for something that wasnt listed on the price list. She even said that she told me what the price was. Absolute lie and completely unacceptable. She wasnt even apologetic about the pocket square. Dont waste your money on this place. Terrible customer service.
