When I was diagnosed with Charcot Marie Tooth disease 25 years ago I was told by my clinician that my podiatrist would be my best friend. My feet tend to develop painful callouses that need to be removed by a professional. Richard DiMario is my third bff AND the most competent, personable, and interesting DPM that I have had. An accomplished painter himself, his office is full of interesting art to enjoy while you wait or as you are being treated. I enjoyed todays first visit very much and will be stopping in to give Moses (and Lisa) a little treat in the days ahead

I was hobbling with toe pain for a year and a half, I was being treated by a nurse. I finally saw Dr. DiMario once and I'm a new man. The toe pain is gone. I can walk for exercise every day now. I plan to see Dr. DiMario for now on.

Excellent service. Topical cream for eczema. Dr is nice and staff is helpful!

AITA? After they failed to deposit one of my insurance company's checks within the printed expiry, they charged me for the check bouncing. I was unhappy while talking to the receptionist, and I feel that my shock at them wanting me to pay the extra fee for their mishap was warranted at the time. The billing at this practice is archaic as they charge quite a lot for a credit card transaction which is how my HSA works, so I had the insurer issue checks. This was frustrating for both sides, I'm sure. But the cream on top was the letter I received from the office after, stating that I was rude to the office manager twice (not sure when the second time was, if there was a second time) so I was discharged from the practice. I'm sure they'll be happy to see that I wasn't planning to go back after the ordeal. I'm honestly shocked at the lack of customer service in this instance, and their inability to handle a strange situation with grace.
