Kids Quarters

I walk by the play yard daily. I've observed teachers speaking to the children in an abrupt, abrasive manner. I've also seen a teacher pull a child from the toy they were on, yelling at him. This caused a little girl to fall off the other side. She was crying and covered in dirt. No one came to help her. Teachers are frequently on their cell phones. I know it is difficult to get dedicated day care teachers but I don't think I would send my child to Kids Quarters

RUN... My child went here for all of a day and a half and the infractions that she had to face were crazy. The director Nicole doesn't care about anything you have to say and basically will lie to you. I would never bring any child there. My daughter had poop in her diaper at pick up that looked liked shed be sitting in it. They used a dirty milk bottle to give her water even though I provided 2 water bottles and 4 milk cups. They called me to tell me my 16 month old was inconsolable. I picked her up to find all of her and her belongings covered in yogurt, she was sticky and her bum was soaked again. WHY wouldn't you clean her bum and wet wipe her face after she ate. Also with covid being in affect and there really large lice policy my daughter was carrying around someone else blanket and her own blanket was covered in yogurt. we asked for a refund and she gave us a partial one and I don't think its adequate and I have legit tried to call this woman and she never answers  poor Melissa and Crystal, the fact they have to back you.. this childcare should be shut down for multiple reasons. APPEARANCE, CLEANINESS, SAFETY, AND NOT FOLLOWING COVID PROTOCAL

Kids Quarters is a great place to send your children. With wonderful teachers and staff, your child will be cared for with kindness, love, and respect. They provide a safe learning environment where children are engaged throughout the day in fun learning experiences that help them grow in each area of development.
