I worked at this law firm for about 4 months as the receptionist. I had no proper training because the person before me was only 19 years old and barley trained me herself. After she left I was left to fend for myself in a new job I had zero experience in and while being there I was treated horribly. I had to learn things as the days went by on my own. If I asked questions they ignored me in my face or treated me like I was less than because I didn't know the answers. The paralegals made it hard to do my job because they never wanted to take calls, if someone didnt want a call I gave to them they would give me an attitude in return. the attorneys would scold me or yell at me for any mistakes instead of speaking to me like a decent human being. I was a punching bag whenever the attorneys felt frustrated. The lady running the finance department was extremely rude as well and that's why it's been months of them trying to find someone else to work with her because she's just that hard to work with. anyone that takes the job shortly leaves. The office is full of white people that feel comfortable enough to make racist jokes and say the N word. Its a toxic work environment because everyone brings their personal life to work. Nobody there is professional. They speak poorly about their consumers and overall just are not good people. I am left traumatized and just want others to be aware.

Do NOT, and I mean do NOT, agree to a payment plan and give them your bank account information. Don't use a check to pay them, or in anyway let them find out what your banking information is. They will go behind your back and empty your bank account! My daughter fell behind on a credit card after she lost her job and it went into default. These clowns managed to get a judgement after "serving" her at a house she hadn't lived at in years. When she found out about it, she entered into a repayment agreement. She never missed one payment. They got her bank account information off her check and served her again at the house she no longer lived at so they could get a court order to levy her bank account! They emptied her joint account that she had with her husband taking HIS paycheck deposit and then refused to return it. She had to hire an attorney to force them to give the money back. How underhanded and unethical especially considering that she was faithfully paying on a payment plan they had agreed to! Avoid at all costs!
