RAC contacted me and kept in touch, gave me a price and a date, and a contract when I asked. Came on the date they said, worked very hard under my deck in tight quarters and did a good job leveling and shoring up the fallen beams. It took three men 4 hours to do it and I was happy with the results. Roger was easy to work with and I would hire his outfit again. The price was lower than 2 other HA contractors. One bid 4x Rogers price LOL. It was a deck repair, not a replacement. Always get 3 bids or more because too many contractors see things differently... Roger saw it for what it was and addressed it and worked it that way. It was harder to do it that way but he did not care, he crawled under a 2 ft space and repaired and reinforced it. Kudos to him.
