Mike was incredibly thorough and took time to explain things to me as he was inspecting the property. He also brought another guy with him so the inspection did not take very long and I got my report almost instantly. He is incredibly professional and kind. I had to have him come back to inspect repairs and he was able to tell me that the repairs had been done incorrectly. A good inspector is incredibly valuable and Mike is the best.

As a first time home buyer I cannot recommend Mike and team highly enough, really helped with our peace of mind buying an older home. The inspection performed was extremely thorough, and Mike was very willing and able to answer our constant questions as we followed him around during the inspection, we learned a lot. After the inspection was compete we received the detailed report and I followed up with Mike 3 separate times with questions and received very prompt response each time. You will not regret going to Patriot Property Inspections (though the seller may not appreciate it).
