Sprint Store

Not the best of stores. This is not a real Sprint store, just a licensed location.. I walked in and was immediately greeted but the atmosphere in the store was all wrong. Staff was awkward and music was way too loud and totally inappropriate, made it hard to make a decision.. went to Best buy instead.

So I am at the sprint store on reservoir Avenue in Cranston I had the pleasure to work with Juan who was extremely professional extremely helpful extremely friendly I recommend distorts anybody that want to buy or lease or do anything with regards to phone services and accessories all the guys over here are extremely helpful and professional and friendly thank you Ambrose Thank you Kyle and of course thank you Juan my sales associate who made me buy a lot of stuff

Dealt with Javier the manager, he set me up with an account, helped me get everything setup, told me he was going to take care of all the promos and fees and whatnot.He quoted me $180 before tax for 4 lines and 2 upgrades, first bill was $330, dude said he will take care of it, second bill came it was $330 again, now he’s avoiding my calls and he’s never at his workplace. So he never registered anything for me, upcharged me, he even added insurance to the phones when I clearly told him not too and also signed me up for sprint plus without my consent. He now works at the sprint store at warwick mall as of 1/20/20. Avoid this dude at all cost, he’s a straight up liar. You been warned.
