    Seems like others have had a fine experience, wish I could say the same. Took them a MONTH to get me a new battery, first because they ordered the wrong one, then because they broke the screen trying to replace it. They got me a new screen, but installed it terribly - it was peeling up before I got home. I have no confidence in them at this point so I'm going to take it somewhere else. I'm giving two stars because they were very nice, and provided a new screen for free after breaking mine, but at the end of the day it was 40 bucks and I waited a month and still can't use this phone.

    Coming here was a huge mistake. The guy is really nice but that unfortunately isn't enough when ever since he replaced my screen I have multiple issues with my phone. 1) The "proximity sensor" which is what makes the screen go black when you hold the phone to your ear was working when I brought the phone in to him, then he replaces the screen and all of a sudden it doesn't work at all. The only way I can talk on the phone is if I wear headphones because otherwise my ear presses buttons, ends the call etc. because the screen no longer goes black. The other day I was wearing headphones on a call and it was in my pocket, because the screen doesn't go black anymore it kept pressing in numbers for the pass code, and I was locked out of my phone for 15 minutes because of that. The second issue is even worse. My phone now has a weird glitch at the bottom of the screen where it shows my home screen flickering. I guess he must have damaged the hardware somehow when he replaced my screen. I now have no choice but to buy a new phone or have Apple replace my screen and hope that that solves these issues. I did tell Fana Fix about these issues and he did try replacing the screen again but that did not solve the issues. 2 stars because he's nice, but everything else was terrible, since I spent $70 to get a broken phone back.
