I LOVE DR.PRASAD AND HIS TEAM. !!!!! Very friendly, courteous, helpful in explaining my treatment and my overall dental health. I always leave knowing I got the best service. The hygienist are great as well. Very thorough. Check them out if you want a comfortable dental experience. A+++

Another crown fell off this morning! About 6 of my vaneers have come off multiple times; he blamed the cement. I also lost a crown from a root canal and the non vital tooth broke so I had to pull the tooth. No compensation, just a missing tooth.
He claims he doesn’t work there, he’s retired, but he IS there part-time! I made an appointment for 10 a.m. and, while sitting there in the waiting room, he walked past me with his briefcase, trying to act like he had an appointment. He avoided me. The woman who bought the practice is money- centered but tries to pretend she cares; she doesn’t. I called her a few times and she would not come in to replace a crown; to inconvenient. It’s all about money. Prasad told me he backed his work but since selling the business, he doesn’t (even though he’s still involved). These are not caring people; there behavior indicates money is their primary concern and they are outwardly kind in order to keep revenues flowing.
They have cost me so much time and money because of incompetence! Veneer crowns should not fall off over 10 times (I lost count)!
Avoid these people. They are insincere, uncaring, and your teeth will fall out.
I’m a highly educated man who understands great company cultures, authenticity, customer satisfaction, and competent service. Our society doesnt tolerate insincere brands; we want honesty, transparent communication (not stories/excuses that absolve one of responsibility), and caring service providers who make the effort (it’s called engagement) with customers when they are hurting or suffering, even socially, due to mistakes made by business owners.
I recommend that you ignore sweet talking and find a competent dental office.

Top notch staff from cleaning through cosmetic work. By the time I came to Dr. Prasad, I had experienced so much scary dental work, I was reticent to try another dentist. Dr. Prasad and his staff are warm and caring and my whole attitude has changed. There's no judgement. I actually like going to the dentist! On top of that, everybody keeps asking me why I look so happy now - it's because they are noticing my beautiful new smile.

I found Dr. Presad because I need a sleep apnea mouth piece. I was blown away by the practice in every way. I mean blown away. My first question as I was scheduling my next visit for the guard was so they do regular dentistry. When I was told yes I was extatic. I immediately made an appt. I was hoping my service on that end it would be at least almost as good and again my wishes were met and exceeded. The place is clean, staff is extremely friendly. They make you feel like you are the most important patient they have. I was telling my wife about them and the best way I could get her to understand was to say they feel like a concierge dentist to the wealthy but they give that service level of service to everyone. Dr. Prasad is not only the nicest and best dentist I have ever had but one of the best and niciest Dr’s I have ever had. Laura is one of the staff members and is extremely friendly and sweet. She engages with you and makes you feel welcome along with her services at the front of house, she also dose cosmetic whitening at the back. I had never had it done but I was interested so I decided to try it. I was an ex cig smoke and I drink coffee and smoke cigars. She did not blow smoke up my butt. She told me what exactly to expect. I was not going to go brilliant white because of the years and color etc. but it would get a lot better and it did. She explained the process up front and again as we went along. When I had a question any time during the process, even if I felt it was dumb she never made it seem like she felt it was. I just can’t rave about them enough. I tell everyone I know.
