Dave does a great job- We recently purchased a house in Rhode Island- and coming from MA there are subtle differences at every turn- Dave was sure to cover all of them that applied to us in each circumstance- being in the industry for some and a part of the committee who officiates the building code for RI he not only has a working up to date knowledge of what is right and wrong, he also is a great resource in finding the people who can best serve and rectify issues for you. **Warning not for the faint at heart haha!! Advantage is not going to sweep stuff under the rug just so you can feel good about buying your property- he's going to highlight exactly what is wrong, could be fixed, needs to be fixed and hold others accountable for spotty work.
