        OTR Driver here. Picked up here. Shipping is on Pacella Park Drive which you get to off West Street, the other part of Pacella past the Shipping docks is a Residential area and Shipper has sign posted inside saying cops will ticket you, the dock area is tighter but doable, check it out before you just pull in from street. Receiving is on the West Street side of their facility lot and tightens as you go to docks on side of building. Ovnp yes allowed on Receiving side lot (West Street side) park where you don't block docks or employee parking. Loading was 3-1/2 hrs. Friendly Spanish guys in Shipping. Some loads are placarded, most are exempt they include exemption paperwork.

        Me too. 90 degree elbow on bottom of my 20 gallon rusted a leak. just got a new one no charge. only thing the the new replacment tank elbow threds alredy have rust on them. I;ll give 5 stars if they give me a stainless steel elbow tank.
