I asked to have my dress altered and hemmed for an event. I paid $68 to have this done. The woman who runs this establishment did not listen to me when I explained how I wanted my dress altered, she just said "I won't take it in too much because I don't want it to scrunch up." When I came to pick up my dress I quickly tried it on and it looked ok, but I didn't have my shoes to check it with. When I got home and put it on, it was still too large and now it was too short. I called to explain, and her response was "I don't know what u want me to do, I cannot do it today." I needed this dress for an event tomorrow, and now I have to go somewhere else to get the dress tailored. Aside from the fact that I've spent more money altering this dress than i paid to purchase it, I don't appreciate the poor customer service. All I can say is, I'm glad this wasn't my wedding dress.

Very nice lady! She has done a wonderful job for my husband and I several times. From my wedding dress and his suit to our marching band uniforms, all was done fast and well done. Price was excellent.
