Ruby Tuesday is a great place for me to go to meet up with friends. The salad bar is fresh and delicious and can be eaten by itself or along side a main meal. And their main meals are wonderful! On my last trip, I had salmon and it was so good! I need to go back again soon!

I was recently at the East Greenwich location with 3 generations of my family, ages 3 to 60. With little children I would think the server would want to keep close tabs on the orders and food so that kids did not become bored or over tired. An order of salad bar and burgers took 2 hours, with the waiter disappearing for long periods. No one had a satis factory experience. Will not go back. Would not recommend.

I had the salad bar this time; everything was fresh. Their salad dressings are just okay, though. I get takeout at work a lot and their pasta dishes and grilled salmon are always good. And the side vegetables are always fresh. The only thing I don't like about dining in is the blasting music.

What I only stopped in for a quick meal so I order the salad bar which was fantastic. Everything was very fresh and the variety of things to choose from was incredible. I recommend this place for the salad bar alone if nothing else. I've been to several other stores in this chain and everything I've ever and served was of the highest quality. It is more expensive of a place to eat but if you want to pretty much unfailingly have a great meal and you're willing to pay for it, then this is the place.

I work 5 mins away therefore I called ahead of time so that my meal would be ready and I could eat it for my 30 minute lunch break. When I arrive & receive my bill I noticed I was being charge $4.50 for a side of sweet pot fries. When I asked about it it was explained that because I had ordered 2 sides 1 was charged as an additional side. I asked if my broccoli would have been a cheaper additional side which is is by almost $3 I don't understand why she wouldn't do that automatically since it makes more sense. While I wait for her to fix it i look at my food to make sure it was correct and it was not. I ordered a grilled chix sand & got a fried one. When I brought it up to her while ,who I assume to be a manager, was standing there and not one person apologized for the error. I then had to wait for my new meal - which means I will now be late for my break. When I get my new meal I opened it up and it was INCORRECT. Since it was my break I didn't have time to have it replaced yet again. Horrible experience could've been a little bit more tolerable had someone apologized.
