        I have been a resident for a year and just re-signed my lease for another year. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is always prompt. I also love being able to use the pool in the summer :) The only downside I can think of is that the laundry situation isnt always ideal, but for the quality of everything else, its easy to overlook 4.75/5 rounds up to 5 stars from me!
