    Woods heating and oil smh...so basically I'm writing this review because I made an appointment for a combo boiler/water system (basically they run anywhere from $12,000 to $15,000)( keep this in mind)over the phone with equipment specialist Joshua Martin for the 28th of March @ 1:30 pm after the phone i received an email also confirming the appointment...so when the 28th came @ 1:30 there was no sign of Josh so I waited around until about 2:10 and called his number that was provided in the email and got no answe so I left a message then i called the office a few minutes later and they didn't seem to know why he wasn't showing up so they connected me with him over the phone... his response was I had so many appointments in my book that I was on the second page or other side of the page and he didn't realize it because he didn't turn the page and see my appointment there...he didn't turn the page he said to me (something like my 10 year old would say to me when he didn't do his homework correctly or missed and assignment) what a joke I didn't turn the page he said and I said are you serious or you kidding me he said I'm serious it's my mistake honestly I'm sorry it was my mistake I can work with you on setting up another appointment....I said I'm off Sunday and that's it for the week not sure what's going on after that but if you can co.e Sunday fine...he said no I don't work sundays...I said fine If I can figure out something I call you thanks have a good day..so now on the 29th of March @ 2:10 pm I received an email from Josh and it states ...we're are sorry that you had to cancel your appointment. This notification is acknowledging that the appointment has been canceled for the date and time shown.we hope to be able to assist you in the future...(Date and time of appointment 3/27/24 8pm) I myself never made this appointment with Josh @ 8pm at night and I'm sure he doesn't work at 8pm at night...I think he's covering up for his screw up of not turning the page on his appointment book and saying I canceled....smh imagine possibly losing out on a $12,000 to $15,000 job for the company you work for I'm sure the boss is extremely happy ...

    Honestly whole process has just been full of miscommunication in regards to policy and payment. Called and canceled policy a week ago still waiting to be billed cancelation fee and differences of budget plan.

    Fuel delivery, installations, everything is excellent! In August 2023, they replaced a 32 yr old oil boiler and installed 5 mini-splits off one condenser! Zero interest loans for all of it courtesy of RISE Engineering and RI Energy
