        Dillin is one of their new trainers and has been the best! He’s extremely knowledgeable in his field and really prioritizes his clients and their mental as well as physical health. You’ll be hard pressed to find a trainer as supportive and professional as him!

        Love this place. Josh is an excellent trainer. Very positive. Very knowledgeable about the body and muscle groups. I've lost body fat and gained muscle. Been a member for a couple of years. A very positive experience.

        Great place to train and even better prices! There’s a bunch of different racks and barbells so I never have to wait for someone to finish to get my workout in.
