Northern Rhode Island Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary practice that has been caring for small animals for over 25 years. Our hospital's primary goal is to provide you and your pets with access to the highest quality veterinary care from puppy and kittenhood all the way through to their senior years. We offer wellness, problem, and emergency visits six days a week. We have a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography, dental radiography, and two surgical suites to accommodate all of your pet's medical, surgical, and dental needs.

To answer the callers questions, we do not know the receptionists name. Typically when someone screams and follows you around you try to get as far away from them as possible. No one thought to ask her name, you only think of your dog and what to do next. But I STRONGLY encourage you to check your cameras and see for yourself
The veterinary staff is great, the receptionist (as many other reviewers have written about) is a nightmare. As someone who works customer service, and has been a receptionist in the past, I have never before witnessed someone SCREAM across the room and follow sobbing children out the front door to further harass them. Their fight was over whether or not the website says the clinics (receptionist insists its not a hospital despite the name) website says they offer emergency services. Spoiler alert: they do (shown in the attached image). Only after a few older people started to gather talk poorly about the receptionist, did she invite the group back inside and tell them they could be seen. All that just for their pet to pass away is a level of cruelty I didnt know existed in this field of work
