At the beginning, I was thrilled when they told they can help me. Thats until I realized I had just wasted 75 mins for nothing. Maybe my expectations are to high because I always go the extra mile with my clients. Lack of ownership on issues is all. Employees should disclose and review required information with patrons. Well, that is if you like to do a good job and care about people in general. If Im coming to you with a need, part of your job is to ensure Im prepared. Not everything is common sense. Besides, we live in a digital age. Who doesnt accept digital wallets? Upgrade your systems and invest on your business. FYI it was not my only issue.

Was trying to book a trip however, I didnt hear back from the agent for a few days. I last had correspondence with her on March 17th at 12:58pm. I didnt heard back from her til March 21st at 12:55pm.The resorts seem to be filling up fast, so we ended up just booking on our own.
