Zero zero zero stars This place gets zero stars do not buy flowers from them. They are complete scam. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I got five flowers. They took my money and ran. Do not do not do not buy from them. Absolutely biggest mistake. Find another flower shop !!!

Ordered some flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday. Susan is easy to work with and listens as to what youre looking for. More importantly , she delivers! A very beautiful arrangement that put a smile on my mother-in-laws face! Thank you!

Placed an order over a week prior for a specific flower arrangement. Arrived to an order that wasn't even close to what I asked for and the excuse that they couldn't get peonies. So rather than call me back so I could have the option to arrange a different florist they put together an extremely lackluster display and thought I wouldn't notice while still attempting to charge me the original price... Can you imagine another legitimate business employing these kind of deceptive and frankly burglarious practices and still be operating? I left without paying, without the flowers, and without speaking to the owner because she was talking to other customers whom I assume she messed up their orders as well. Now I have nothing to give my girl for Valentine's day... Thanks for ruining the occasion you are truly terrible as a business and I will never trust you to do work for me again. Zero stars if you need a reliable and trustworthy service go somewhere else!!!

So i ordered the first picture in all baby brets with the white ribbon around the heart for my sisters funeral priced at $75 on website my only request was to make it a little bigger Which it might have been a little bigger & instead of roses i wanted gardenias. They charged me $300 for the piece that had holes and green around the heart. But i ordered 2 so it was $600 total, they were horrible and embarrassing. The 2 pieces with all roses and beautiful flowers extremely big pieces were only $200 for each one. When i called they were so rude lying saying they only charged me for 1 well that means i paid 600 for that ugly piece How can they justify there actions, and the difference in price They said baby brets are expensive. I would never go back there again. They would not even try to make it right. Go look at your piece before paying. Big diffrence if you look at the pics

We ordered from a florist off the funeral homes site, and they notified us late on the Friday that they could not fulfill the order due to the new year holiday. I called Cherry Hill to see if they could squeeze us in and they were very accommodating. They were able to take my order and a few other orders from our group to deliver arrangements to a coworker after the passing of her mom. Thank you for working over the holiday weekend to fulfill our order and for helping us with our last minute request.
