I hardly ever leave reviews but the excellent service we've received from Pools Plus is making me take the time to write. The Company we were working with had inflated prices, incompetent repair work and a deceitful owner. It was the worst experience dealing with the lying owner. We have a complicated in-ground pebbletech pool with multiple waterfalls, infinity edge, floor cleaners, etc. Other pool companies weren't willing or able to work on it and I was getting worried as winter approached. We had been using the company that installed the pool because it was the only company we knew of when we moved here and bought the house. Pools Plus came through in a major way. They sent a crew over to install the brand new cover I bought. The owner himself came over, explained his plan for repairing the issues the other company caused and the future pool care. They closed my pool in time even though they had short notice and it was cold, windy and raining. I am scheduled to have the rest of the repairs done in early spring. I can't thank the owner Wayne and his crew enough. No B.S., no lies. Wayne took the time to really dig in to the system and determine the best path forward. I know now that our pool is in competent hands and can rest assured. From the customer service at the store and on the phone to the actual work being done we have had the best experience. It's not that fake customer service either, friendly folks who are professional and good at what they do. I am so glad we were able to become Pools Plus customers. Great job Wayne and everyone there, we will be loyal customers for years to come. P.S. be wary of some apparently highly reviewed companies, our previous company used legal threats and maneuvering by holding refund hostage until the negative review given was changed. There are some shady dealings behind the scenes with some of the other companies, they even use pictures of our pool in their advertising even though it ended on an extremely sour note. Not happy about the impression that gives, meanwhile Pools Plus actually comes through for you and provides exactly what your looking for and need. If you are reading this and doing your research for a company then know that Pools Plus is a great choice and the best in my opinion.
