Had a significant amount of water in the basement and Jay McIver was awesome getting it out! He was super helpful, communicative and pleasant.
Trying to reach John McLaughlin, the rep assigned to me for the claim, regarding next steps now that the water has been removed is quite challenging however. I have not yet received resolution on how/when the balance of my claim will be paid out.

Edgar Amaya and Yamil were the two gentlemen who came to my rescue of a leaking ceiling. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that they were sent by Narragansett within hours of my call. Edgar and Yamil took time to explain what they needed to do in examining the leak. Then gave me options and called in the work order. Before doing any work they again explained the process and were true to their word in keeping it neat and cleaning up afterwards. I reiterate how refreshing it was to have two gentlemen come in to assess the damage and to get the job started. Many thanks. Christine homeowner.

Jay McIver was professional and excellent at his job. I always knew when he was going to be at the house and he was always on time. I would give him 6 stars if I could!
