      image Who is the clown driving one of your company vans, in these rainy/windy conditions 295N onto and up 95N today around 710-720am? Way too fast, riding up on cars. Could only see a RI plate but bc of weather conditions and his excessive speed. Almost rear ended a vehicle where 295N goes down to 2 lanes approaching 95. Hope your insurance is caught up bc that tool is gonna hit someone

      image I asked Gem Plumbing and Heating to inspect my leaking water heater and give me a quote to replace it. After scheduling a time to visit, their technician arrived and proceed to shut off my water heater without telling me or asking for my consent or prior discussion. This left me without hot water, which was functioning perfectly fine before their intervention.
      Upon they presenting me with a replacement quote totaling $3700, which included the replacement of a faucet in a bathroom, I was taken aback by the exorbitant price. Seeking a second opinion, I requested the technician to turn the water heater back on temporarily while I explored other options. However, shockingly, he refused, citing safety concerns. This heavy-handed tactic left me feeling coerced and trapped into either accepting their inflated quote or enduring the inconvenience of no hot water. It's evident that Gem Plumbing and Heating prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
