Absolutely horrible experience! They overbooked us and didn't let us know until the moment we arrived at the hotel. Did not offer to make any alternate arrangements or call another hotel. The front desk was a mess and the manager was making excuses saying he was calling everyone back even though we received no such call. Had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute in the area during a busy holiday weekend.

- the elevator is not operational.
- the restaurant bar is closed down, even though the website stated it was open.
- the WiFi signal was so poor, I couldn’t even log on. I had to hotspot my phone.
- I’m in town on business. Not only does the WiFi not work, the rooms are so small there’s not even a desk to work at.
- the toilet seat was loose and almost falling off.

Poor management and hospitality staff. Bradford was snarky and doesn't come off as friendly or polite. The hotel itself is dated and stale. Needs a remodel BADLY. Not worth the price. Morning breakfast was an absolute joke. No hot food. Bread, a toaster and old coffee. For the price, I'd rather sleep in my car
