I booked my room and received my confirmation as price. When I checked in I was charged $20 more than my reservation price. Was told it was tax. Which I told the female clerk that the price I made reservations for included price of tax. She ignored me. I asked what time breakfast was she said don't serve breakfast anymore. That was reason I booked here. Also told no room service because everyone quit. If I wanted towels I have to come to desk and dial 0. Also no cable service could not watch tv. Tv very old. Took me ten minutes every time I swiped my card for door to turn green to open and even then could not open door. Told clerk he said he just started today .outside security doors never lock and never anyone on desk. No cups for coffee or drinks in room. I complained to clerk after dialing 0 and he said all rooms having same problems. Tv will take two days have to wait for cable guy.. over charging is against the law and intend to file complaint with the town and also let people know how the hotel likes to rip people off by overcharging them.
