This man did not have insurance up to date and only paid for it THE MORNING HE FLOODED MY HOUSE- ALL 3 FLOORS!!
The owner arrived with a filthy coworker whose smell filled the room.
He tried to oversell the heating units for each room- they would have been 6ft long and an eyesore.
He left a mess after installation.
There was a leak through the floor into my living room and down to the basement because he FAILED TO SECURE A HOSE CLAMP.
Upon notification, he screamed at me through the phone, made insults about the quality of my damaged rug and hung up.
* Criminal behavior working without insurance
* Shoddy work
* Rude and classless
* Absolutely horrendous experience
