If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked a property in September for a small, covid safe wedding in January. My husband and I were very transparent with our plans. We confirmed our plans 8 days from our rental agreement. 1 week before our wedding the rental agent sends me an email (couldn't even call!) to tell me the contract has been pulled but not to worry, because she will show me 2 more listings. I asked her to call me, she said she would and she never did. In a panic, via email, we set to meet the realtor 2 days later at 1pm to see the other options. As of 105pm I received an email saying she wouldn't be able to make it. Livid, I went into the home anyhow and was shown around by the cleaning company. Although they were nice, they were all unmasked. At this point I knew I would be asking for my money back, I'd never book through such a horrible and unprofessional company. I thankfully found an alternative rental with a new agent/different company and our wedding was saved. To be clear, Robin Leclerc was the agent that provided this awful experience. However, after talking to the cleaners, one of her coworkers, and the owners of the property, it became evident that Robin had lied to everyone about the rental listing as I was given 4 different stories. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT OR THIS AGENCY.
