The Darius Inn

We love the Darius! This was our 3rd stay and we will be back again next year! Becca and Christy are so sweet, the rooms and bathrooms are always clean, and all the good vibes keep us coming back. We brought our baby for her first vacation and she loved it too! So much fun!

Ecclectic inn - conveniently centrally located, run by 2 lovely sisters, 6 months out of the year. People rave about the place. We found it to be overpriced for what you get, (as is everything else on Block Island) even though prices include a corky and healthy breakfast and access to tea, coffee and water through out the day. Funky wallpaper, never the same from one room to another. Our shared bathroom was tiled black and had an awkward je ne sais quoi appeal to it. Funky place with a different set of mind run by devoted innkeepers. We would have appreciated more for the value.

We have been staying at the Darius since the 1st year they opened and every year its so fun to see the hard work and love these girls put into the place. There is no other place like it on the island. They make you feel like you are at home. There are thoughtful touches through out the property and rooms. The girls make you feel like family and are super accommodating weather its for recommendations or an glass of wine if you missed happy hr by a minute LOL. I am the go to for my friends on where to do and where to go on the Block as we visit several times a year and when they ask where to stay my answer is always the Darius. It is well worth the money for what you get!!!

The Darius was such a great stay! Just a couple minute walk from the ferry, across the street from the beach and centrally located to a variety of places to eat, drink and shop. The Darius was dog friendly, had the most incredible breakfast every morning and happy hour each evening. The rooms were styled so cool and the owners were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Darius Inn! It was the perfect location. Christy and Becca were wonderful. We highly recommend the Darius Inn for your visit to Block Island!
