    We got a written notice that our policy would not be renewed due to a trip and fall hazard in our yard. The agent never called us to follow up or explain how to remedy the situation. They never provided specific details on what needed to be fixed, or supporting photos. They told us to call back in 10 days when they would have a full report. We called back, and they then told us to call back in several more days. We called back and they still had no information. This was about 6 weeks from the date when our policy was slated to expire. We asked if there was any other department we could contact for help and they said there was not. They didnt offer any solution except to wait and see what happened. We called a different Allstate agent that same day and she was able to provide specific info and photos, and resolved the issue within 2 hours.

    Only Good for first year of business. All friendliness, respect, humbleness and customer service will disappear after the policy is signed. Later on forget that someone will attend to you. Bang your head from pillar to post to understand why there is an increase in your premium and why its billed without any prior notice. No one will answer the calls leaving you frustrated and angry. Calls are transferred from one person to another and the issue remain unresolved. The delays are so much that you will realize that its just waste time. Yearly premium keeps going up even with best records and no claims. An untimely renewal time didn't allow me to shop around otherwise this is my last year i am dealing Allstate. Even smaller companies takes better care of their customer. Horrible service.
