Terrible company, looking for anyway out of paying when i paid them for insurance.. 3 people need to be faxxed or email the same forms, need everything just short of a blood sample when the shipper ACTUALLY DROPPED IT OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK.. As a customer it shouldnt be on me to jump thru 100 hoops.. I pay for insurance, it got damaged yall pay.. Taking them to court is actually easier then their claim process..
